Over a focused three-week engagement, I:
- Review all current and proposed AI initiatives
(internal projects, pilots, vendor solutions, “innovation” work) - Evaluate each initiative against clear criteria, including:
- Business impact and economic relevance
- Data and operating reality
- Cost, organisational risk, and political exposure
- Likelihood of ever reaching production and sustained use
- Deliver a clear executive decision artefact, setting out:
- What to kill
- What to fix or narrow
- What is genuinely worth backing
- Why. In plain business and operational terms
